Four Categories!
- Public Service Announcement (PSA) – 30 seconds to a maximum of 60 seconds in length
- Short Film – Maximum length of 5 minutes
- Animation – Maximum length of 4 minutes
- Foreign Language — Maximum length of 4 minutes
Note these important dates:
- Submission deadline: January 25, 2013 by 4:00 PM
- Awards night at the Santikos Northwest 14 Theater: February 27, 2013
